  • Who am I
  • 2008 was the first year of the E-portfolios BA, and focused on laying the groundwork for identifying the technical standards, policy requirements and operating infrastructure for an effective national approach.
  • Selection of RTOs to undertake E-portfolio Implementations Trials:
Coonara Community House will be using the VETSA E-portfolio, which is an instance of Mahara, with Diploma of Children Services clients seeking RPL prior to undertaking their course.
Fire Protection Association Australia will be trialling the use of a Ning website to support their fire protection industry service technicians to use video to capture ‘live’ workplace evidence for their Extinguishing Agent Handling Licence competencies.
TAFE NSW, Sydney Institute will also be using the VETSA E-portfolio to support the RPL process for their Certificate III & IV Hairdressing clients, whilst utilising point of view or camera glasses to record ‘live’ workplace evidence.
