  2. 2. Setting Goals: • Vow to keep content ratio 70/30 community to real estate • Commit to one post (minimum) per day (Ideal would be 3 posts per day – spread out) • Best times to post: 11am, 3pm, 8pm (most activity on FB) • Share timely, relevant keyword rich content

Once a Week: • Post link to market report for specific town you cover (each week alternate with other towns you cover) • Post “slice of life” community video for your town • Create a “Broker Pick of the Week” or “Listing of the Week” – then share things to do near the chosen listing • Post what’s happening in the community: new restaurants, events/happenings, school events/sports, charity events
  4. 4. Once a Week: • Local real estate-related news/articles • Do you write a blog? Share each post on your business page • What are you passionate about? Sprinkle in information on things that mean something to you: gardening, sports, cooking, decorating, pets, family, etc.

Best Practices: • Create photo album of local scenes – “Out and About in..” • Participate, comment and engage others in conversation • If someone comments on one of your posts be sure to acknowledge and thank them for sharing • End your posts with a question to encourage participation • Be consistent • Have fun
