Smallest RF section for bluetooth technology (for cell phones) that improved communication range by more than 200%. Magnified photo of the CMOS bluetooth RF section Real dimension is near 1.3 millimeter square First ultra low noise receiver (~1.5dB NF) in low cost CMOS manufacturing process that was qualified for mass production.
