The FREE classes are held at Employment Skills Center in Carlisle with select specialized training dates held at HACC’s Harrisburg campus. HACC provides all technical training and instruction while Employment Skills Center provides work-readiness instruction, classroom space, and participant support. The project aims to prepare local residents for employment in the redevelopment of Carlisle’s vacant industrial sites (brownfields) and other jobs related to environmental remediation and cleanup throughout Cumberland County.
