This is a presentation of Blogger Kevin Ray Chua on the impact of blogging during the 2010 elections and a dissemination forum of SIRCA (Strengthening ICTD Research Capacity in Asia) and the Center for Research and Communication of University of Asia and the Pacific. This was presented last March 5, 2011 at the Don Merto's Restaurant, 94 Juana Osmena Street, Cebu City.

  8. 8. BLOG HISTORY For me, it was a result of the people’s desire for change from the Arroyo regime. Even though the 2007 Midterm Elections just ended then, the 2010 campaign was already on the air. www.kevinraychua.com
