  2. 2. <ul><li>Margarine ・・・ 100g </li></ul><ul><li>Superfine Sugar ・・・ 50g </li></ul><ul><li>Beaten Egg ・・・ one egg (Medium size) </li></ul><ul><li>Soft Wheat Flour ・・・ 180g </li></ul><ul><li>Tea(Mince Rough Fresh Tea Leaf) </li></ul><ul><li>・・・ Tablespoon 1   </li></ul>Ingredients (for 4 people)
  3. 3. <ul><li>Beat margarine at room temperature in a large bowl until creamy. </li></ul><ul><li>Add sugar In twice, and mix again until whity. </li></ul><ul><li>Feed in the beaten egg a little bit a time in it and mix closely. </li></ul>Step 1
  4. 4. <ul><li>Riddle soft wheat flour twice, and add it in [Step 1], and mix with the paddle. </li></ul><ul><li>Add tea in it and mix. </li></ul>Step 2
  5. 5. <ul><li>Bring together [Step 2], and fix up it like a diameter of about 4cm tube. </li></ul><ul><li>Wrap up it and cool down an hour in the freezer. </li></ul><ul><li>Slice it into 5mm, and bake it in an oven(180℃) about 10 minutes. </li></ul>Step 3
