Page 105.Provide scholarshipprograms for marginalizedwomen and girls and ensurethat conditions such as age,pregnancy, motherhood,disabilities, or lack ofconsent of husband shallnot be grounds fordisqualification in the grantof scholarships;
Page 116.Ensure that women faculty who becomepregnant outside of marriage shall not bediscriminated by reason thereof, taking intoaccount the school’s academic freedom asconstitutionally guaranteed. They shall notbe dismissed, separated from work, forcedto go on leave, re-assigned or transferredwithout due process. They shall haveaccess to work already held with nodiminution in rank, pay or status and shallbe entitled to all benefits accorded by lawand by the concerned learning institutions,subject to the school’s exercise of itsinstitutional academic freedom;
Page 147.Ensure that no female studentshall be expelled, dismissed,suspended, refused or deniedof admission, or forced to takeleave of absence in anyeducational institution solelyon grounds of pregnancyoutside marriage during herschool term;
Page 189.Develop programs and policies toprevent Violence AgainstWomen(VAW), including institutionalmechanisms for complaints in casesof rape, sexual harassment, andother forms of violence anddiscrimination against women, andprovide assistance to studentsfaculty , or personnel who have beenvictims of VAW;
Page 1910.Coordinate with PNP, DOJ,CHR, DSWD, and the LGUso that appropriateassistance are given tofemale faculty and studentswho are victims of rape,sexual harassment and otherforms of violence againstwomen and discrimination.
