What?<br />New media is feeding a continuously growing world of interactive communication.<br />Through the use of sources such as blogs, forums, social networks, RSS feeds, podcasts, YouTube and many more, new media sources have created the formation of a highly volatile and cultured media landscape. <br />

Why?<br />New Media landscape is creating huge influences on the way in which modern generations are interacting with businesses.<br />New media branding is about experience, dialogue and immediacy. Consumers are continually refining their expectations, and more and more are looking for specific interactions. <br />
  4. 4. How?<br />Branding via new media outlets such as social networks like Facebook and Twitter are enabling business to create an emotional and personal bond between a brand and the customers, something that very few business have been able to do in the past. <br />Opening Communication Channels – Communicating WITH customers rather than AT customers. <br />New media has enabled the conversation to become two way, which is creating engagement. It is through this engagement that companies are branding themselves to consumers. <br />
  5. 5. What Now?<br />If our brand is going to remain in the public eye, we are going to have to come to the realization that consumers expect to be more than a passive audience.<br />We need to get on board! <br />
