  2. 2. When is an individual LIABLE for his/her actions?
  3. 3. If a person has no knowledge (or IGNORANT) of something, is he liable for his actions?
  4. 4. The person has the ability and capacity to do something about ignorance
  5. 5. The person is aware of his ignorance, did something about it but the effort exerted was not enough
  6. 6. The person is aware of his ignorance yet intentionally did not do anything about it
  7. 7. If a person is FORCED to do something, is he liable for his actions?
  8. 8. If a person is influenced, controlled or overpowered by certain feelings and emotions (such as fear), he may be exempted from any liability.
  9. 9. If it is done deliberately or premeditatedly, the person cannot be excused/exempted from any liability.
