It can help make users more comfortable making purchases..

(continued) •Reviews - Many users might want to do research on products before making a purchase, so by providing reviews from customers on the product page is very convenient and can greatly improve customer experience. •Testimonials - Testimonials are an easy way to show your site’s visitors that your company is a legitimate business and that your previous customers were satisfied with your company’s product or service. •Guarantees - By giving users a guarantee that they will be satisfied with their purchase, you are putting potential customers more at ease with the prospect of buying from you
