5. Our Story: MeaningfulWork ● Started February 2020 ● Ran a volunteer matching pilot in July 2020 ● Built a smart web platform for volunteer matching & employee engagement ● Launched our service in April 2021 ● 150+ Nonproﬁts, 150+ volunteers, 5+ companies and growing 5

23. Steps 5 & 6: Measure and Celebrate Impact Our process Once an opportunity is completed, you have the opportunity to give feedback to the volunteer to create a shareable impact story. Volunteers can also give you feedback. Need help with measuring impact? We have a workshop for that! 23
