VISION E-PRI Enable PRIs to use IT as a tool for transparency & delivery of services to Citizens. Encourage Panchayats to better deliver its mandated & other services to the Citizens through IT. Improve internal management processes and decision making in Panchayats including social audit. Ensure use of IT for electronic tagging and tracking of funds transferred to Panchayats, including rapid bank transfer of funds, tracking fund transfers and expenditures of the Panchayats 2

CONNECTIVITY Non-IT means of physical connectivity, once considered to be important development parameters.  Roads, Transportation, Vehicles. Today IT revolutionized this concept by introducing virtual connectivity.  Physical movements to obtain services becoming obsolete idea because of IT.  It also brought transparent, timely, prompt and corruption free services delivery at doorstep. Reason why SANGRAM project is conceived by the State Govt.  ( ) 3
