Case Study 1 Sevanagala Nenasala (Entrepreneual Model) Introduces career guidance and Job matching services Recognition from Government and Private sector organizations to recruit youth from rural areas Owner- Local youth Obtained a grant to implement a Jobs website in local language to cater to rural masses Increased from 4 to 25 computers

Case Study 2 Rikkillakaskada Nenasala (Religious Model) Better IT Education with lower costs Started with 3 PCs and 27 PCs donated by local community High trust created among the community Owner Resident Monk Traditional communication and business practices being changed Youth secure better paying jobs
