  2. 2. What is ? • Google Docs is a free office suite offered by Google enabling people to work online, access their work from anywhere, and gives them the ability to share and collaborate with other users. • Where is it saving? • Google Drive 5 gigabytes or • Dropbox 2 gigabytes

  7. 7. Disadvantages • Unlike Word you can’t copy and paste easily • Instead of “Save As” go to File: Make a Copy • You can only use it on the internet. No connection, no docs. • Published or shared files only accessible via an email account • Presentation program isn’t that pretty • Not close to Powerpoint with variation of styles, themes, charts, graphs, and transitions between slides. It’s very basic.
