  • Instructions for making your question slide : Decide which column is to be correct. Place your cursor on the correct letter and click to select the object. Then Right Click to edit the object, select hyperlink , edit hyperlink , hyperlink to : the ‘correct answer’ slide of the set , then ok. Use the same instructions to map the 2 other columns for wrong answers, hyperlink to the ‘wrong answer’ slide of the set. Use the same instructions to hyperlink ‘Try Again’ back to the question slide. Then substitute the text in the question box, and the choices in each column with your questions and answer choices. Make the ‘choices’ text concise and consistent. The ‘Choice Boxes’ are can be expanded slightly. When you are done, go to the last slide, and set slide show/ action setting to ‘End Show’.

Using the Correct Order Template <ul><li>Copy the presentation to your hard drive. </li></ul><ul><li>Open the slides using slide sorter and copy slides #3, 4, and 5 for each question you are going to construct. You will need all three slides for each question. </li></ul><ul><li>Follow the instruction on the Notes Page on Slide #3 to construct each question. </li></ul><ul><li>Delete this slide (slide #1) after you are done constructing the questions. </li></ul><ul><li>Save this file. </li></ul><ul><li>Note: The question slide will advance to the wrong answer if there is no response for 11 seconds. This can be adjusted with the slide transition options. </li></ul><ul><li>Note: The slide for a wrong answer will not advance except by clicking ‘Try Again’. </li></ul>
