Connect with your resilience, lead social change!

Resilience is your capacity to adapt and withstand challenges, so that you can keep taking one more step towards making a difference.

As a social entrepreneur and changemaker, when you tap into your resilience you remove barriers for the people that you serve and create a framework for them to hang their own resilience on.

  3. 3. #1 Use your vision of a compelling future of social change as the horizon that you keep your eyes on. For the days when achieving your social mission seems too much, when you don’t feel like you’re making a difference and feel lost…be magnetised by your horizon and keep moving forward. Update your values through the prism of age, experience and purpose. Then, ask yourself, “How am I living my values every day?” What is your day to day reality for supporting people, planet and profit? What do you actually do versus what do you think you do? Do more of what makes you happy and fulfilled!

Work in and around the space that your framework creates. Use the framework as a platform for exploring that space: connecting your network of contacts, ideas and solutions.

Look across your network and all of the expertise within it to pull together different perspectives on a social change challenge that you’re facing.
