  • @ek_artem да. надо только расшифровать вопросы - так очень не очевидно, что
what = what feature do the role need?
how = how can the role help the project?

  • Сергей, вот что Гойко Аджич на эту тему говорит:
The original Effect Maps by inUse ask what on 2nd level and how on 3rd
level (what do our users need? how can we help them?). Gibb Weisbord
Drexler model also has the questions in that order. In my limited
world, I found that asking for what people need/want leads to lots of
good ideas, but also huge scope creep. It also does not naturally lend
itself to nice measurements of progress. This is where Brinkerhoff's
ideas about impacts on someone's work or behaviour are really game
    changing - because an impact on someone's work/behaviour is a change -
and again in my limited world discussing changes often lends itself
nicely to measurements of progress (how would we notice this change?).
So thinking about behavioural impacts for me led to significantly less
scope creep and better measurements. You can ask the question as 'What
is the desired behaviour change' if you want, I found it more natural
to ask 'How should their behaviour change'. Similarly, 'What can
actors do to help?' is the same question as 'How can they help' but I
found the latter more natural. You can ask the fourth question as
'What can we do?' or 'How can we help support it'.

Having selected the third question to be 'How' because it sounds more
natural in that context, I did not want to keep 'How' as the fourth
question as well, because it the model will be easier to remember with
    four different questions.

It all depends on what you perceive the group of people you work with
will understand better. But the essence of the visualisation in any
    question selection is goal-actors-impacts on work/behaviour -
deliverables. If the team you work with understands the last two
better if you explain it as problem space - solution space, then try
that and see if it works. send back the results ;)
