  8. 8. • Start with simple practices, implement them step - by - step, be consistent• Even one person is enough to start• Compare different practices and choose what is important for you• Lead by doing - you start, customer will follow• Stop talking - start doing

  10. 10. • Be committed to make your contribution to the project success - working software in production• Be ready to solve problem - insufficient ability to deliver• Plan that at least 40% of project time will be spent in close cooperation between customer and supplier• “Work harder!” or maybe just “Start working!”?
