  2. 2. Navigate your way through the Technology Toolbox! The Home page is like a Table of Contents. Each chapter is linked so that if you click on it, the slideshow will jump directly to that section. The action buttons at the bottom of the screen can also help you move through the Technology Toolbox. Clicking on the left arrow takes you to the previous slide, the home icon takes you back to the first slide to use the table of contents, and the right arrow takes you to the next slide.

  4. 4. Intro to Outlook Web Access <ul><li>Outlook Web Access ( OWA ) originally called Exchange Web Connect ( EWC ), is a webmail service of Microsoft Exchange Server 5.0 and later. The web interface of Outlook Web Access resembles the interface in Microsoft Outlook. Outlook Web Access comes as a part of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and previous versions of Exchange. </li></ul>
