Cautions <ul><li>Do everything at once. </li></ul><ul><li>Stop at any point and readjust all the documents to match new data. </li></ul><ul><li>Continually revise downward based on realistic data. </li></ul><ul><li>Do not use any optimistic data especially on attendance figures. </li></ul><ul><li>Do not place debt service into operating budget if it can be helped.
