  2. 2. Surakshit Samudaya II: Building Disaster Resilient Communities, Nepal District Launching of AAN DIPECHO Project The project was formally launched in both of the project districts. In the launching programs, representative from district level government bodies, political parties, stakeholders, journalists, project beneficiaries, UN agencies and I/NGOs were present. The launching program was held in July 19, 2009 in Banke whereas in August 9, 2009 in Sunsari. Huge number of participants in both launching program and lively interaction made success of the events. Both partner organizations also completed orientation in village level. Capacity Building to Project Team Members REFLECT TOT An 8 days REFLECT Training of Trainers for Reflect facilitators and social mobilizers was organized in Gaidakot, Nawalparasi during August 8-15, 2009. There were 22 participants in the training.
