The steady laminar two dimensional stagnation point flow of an incompressible electrically conducting magnetomicropolar fluid over a permeable stretching surface with heat source/sink and viscous dissipation in the presence of mass transfer and chemical reaction has been studied. Using the similarity transformations, the governing equations have been transformed into a system of ordinary differential equations. These differential equations are highly nonlinear which cannot be solved analytically. Therefore, forth order RungeKutta method along with shooting technique has been used for solving it. Numerical results are obtained for the skinfriction coefficient, the local Nusselt number and Sherwood number as well as the velocity, temperature and concentration profiles for different values of the governing parameters, namely, velocity ratio parameter, boundary parameter, material parameter, magnetic parameter, Prandtl number, Eckert number, heat source/sink parameter, Schmidt number and chemical reaction parameter.
