The gist is discussed in the workshop and the trainingstrategy is modified for each batch, depending on the needs of the participants. This way, theworkshop is customized.TrainingHighly interactive. A variety of tools & techniques are used like Case Study, Role Plays, Self-analyticalinstruments, Questionnaires, Planning Exercises, Practice Sessions, and Games & Activities. Inter-team competitions make it a fun to participate. And there are Night Assignments to work on in yourteam with presentations the next day.Post-trainingA web portal is created with individual access to all participants through user name & password. On-line training and mentoring will be done through this portal using podcasts, blogs, focused groupdiscussion, paper presentations, case studies, sharing experiential learning etc.All 3 stages put together – Pre-Training, Training and Post-Training, offersextended learning opportunity for further 90 days after the workshop and creates sustained learning byHands-On experience and will help participants evolve solutions for their specific problems.CertificationAfter completing the 5 day workshop every participant will receive a certificate of participation.Further, if the participant so desires, he/she may complete the post-training assignments bysubmitting an individual action plan specifying the implementation of workshop learning in theirschool. The action plan along with evidences of implementation and report on challenges faced hasto be posted on the portal within 60 days of attending the workshop. Two online training programs have to be attended One podcast to be created and uploaded (all technical assistance will be provided)On fulfilling the above criteria, a certificate of the advance level Workshop on School Managementand Leadership will be awarded to every participant.Those who complete the post training assignments, and if they are interested, will be given inputs online onthe web portal to create a cascading model of training.
