ADOPTION OF THE FUNDS OF THE ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the funds of the association shall be derived from annual membership fees and special
assessments collected from automatic members and honorary members, and gifts and/or other
donations from outside of automatic members and honorary members.

WHEREAS, at a special meeting of the Board of Trustees together with the members held on June 28,
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION INC.
2009 at No. 817 Esguerra St. Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan, during which the following were discussed
and unanimously agreed upon: a mandatory annual membership fee of Php100 for members
residing locally and $50 (or peso equivalent) for members living/working outside of the Philippines.
RESOLVED, that the annual membership fee payment due date is December 31st of each year
beginning year 2009.
RESOLVED, that the following officers of the Association are hereby authorized to receive,
acknowledge, issue official receipt and deposit the said collected fees to the Association’s bank account
at Banco De Oro with peso account number of 1528012794.

RESOLVED, that the members could also directly deposit payments to the Association’s bank account at
Banco De Oro with peso account number of 1528012794 and give notice to the above listed authorized
officers for proper accounting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board and the Members
approved the recommendation for adoption of the funds of the Association effective immediately.
