  • Christine, not social questions -- but I'm not aware of MSFT developing those solutions. However, there are certainly partner solutions. I saw a customer solution a couple years back that had extended the presence awareness and voip capabilities inside of SharePoint (float over use profile, dialog box appears with email, SMS, and voip contact options) but I don't have a link.

  • Does Sharepoint have plans for a dialer integration (voip) and CRM- like with dynamics? - almost the microsoft version of Hubspot?
