managers to ask whether they
have any concerns about their
job and responsibilities
Create a company mantra
Begin the website
Create a survey:
Ideally, the survey would vary
in accordance to position as the
responsibilities differ
Become familiar with all the
employees names
Interact as much as possible
with the members, do not
hesitate to join in their group
meetings
Create the website
Create social media awareness
tools: twitter, linkedin, fb
Begin brain storming ideas for
the video advertisements
Begin asking within the group
who would be interested in
partaking in media based
advertisements (video, posters,
