Tutorial Outlook 2003

  1. 1. This tutorial will show you how to create your 10BEYOND.com donation tag in Outlook v.2003
  2. 2. After completing your donation login to your account as a Member using the email address and password that you entered when you created your 10Beyond.com account.
  3. 3. From your member dashboard page, select the Promote My Cause tab.
  4. 4. Select Email Signature Tag
  5. 5. Select Copy to Clipboard
  6. 6. Select “Copy to Clipboard” Another window will open Instructions and links to demo videos are here
  7. 7. In Outlook, go to Tools > Options (v.2003 shown below)
  8. 8. This is where you create or edit your signatures for Outlook. Click “Signatures”
  9. 9. Click “New”
  10. 10. Here, you can name your signature. Then, start with a blank signature and click “Next
  11. 11. On the next screen, with your curser in the Signature Editor box, simply right-click, and select paste
  12. 12. Your Tag will appear in the editor box exactly as it will appear in your email signature.
  13. 13. This is how your Tag appears in your outgoing emails. It will appear automatically depending on the rules you set up in Outlook.
  14. 14. Meanwhile, back at the website, you can see how much you’ve inspired others to give.
