Three proposals wereexchanged and the table below represents the most recent package proposals. CUTA CUSDFurlough Days in 5 72012-13Language  Change number of “3D” Days from 3  Reopen negotiations in November 2012 toProposals to 5 implement any necessary reductions  Mutually conceived and agreed upon associated with Governor’s Proposal and transfer language for opening of Sage Election Results Creek High School  Waive Article 13.8 (Class Size) and adjust  Open negotiations in November 2012 Article 7.13 on elementary prep time for  Tighten up elementary prep language the duration of the agreement (2012-13) (Article 7.13)  Side letter with agreement that any voluntary transfer candidates for Sage Creek will be interviewed for openings.Conceptual  Combined credential/BA CreditsAgreements  CUTA pays 100% of presidential release time  Upon contract agreement, rescind layoff notices other than needed based on board- approved reductionsThe information below was shared with CUTA as rationale for the CUSD position regarding necessary adjustments.Complete financial updates will be shared in the Third Interim report that will be presented at the School Board meetingon May 9, 2012.
