  18. 18. Findings Manual handling of AC units increase the process time, production cost, and chances of damage. Pallet obstructed when it will enter on the conveyor at the turn table. New Technology like TPM (total productive maintenance) are not implemented in the company. 18
  19. 19. FindingsNeglecting the small things at earlier stage during the manufacturing is giving problem in further process.There is very good coordination between each section of the assembly.There is ample space for the growth of the Videocon brand. 19

Kaizen, Six sigma etc.They can reduces the production loss by making the proper taper guide on the conveyor.They can increase the productivity by placing the small conveyor to place the AC units in the trolley. 20
