  2. 2. What are “irregular” verbs? <ul><li>Irregular verbs in Spanish are those who don't conjugate (or change) according to the normal rules.
  3. 3. Generally, the “yo” form of the verb is the irregular form.
  4. 4. For example: dar = to give
  5. 5. I give = doy </li></ul>
  6. 6. Hacer <ul><li>Hacer = to do
  7. 7. Hago I do
  8. 8. Haces you do
  9. 9. Hace he/she/Ud. Does
  10. 10. Hacemos we do
  11. 11. Hacen they/Uds. Do
  12. 12. “ Hago ejercicio.” </li></ul><ul>I do exercise. </ul>
  13. 13. More Irregular Verbs <ul>Dar = to give Ser = to be Tener = to have Venir = to come Poner = to put, place Saber = to know something </ul>
  14. 14. How do I conjugate these? <ul><li>Let's start with “ dar ” - usually, it's only the “yo” form you'll have to worry about: </li></ul><ul>Doy = I give <li>Das = you give
