Therefore, we cannot be certain that the data presented here shows the complete picture of all that is being spent on young people’s substance misuse. </li></ul><ul><li>Nevertheless we think this is an important benchmark to show how Local Authorities have been supporting services for children and young people. </li></ul><ul><li>The data for 2008-9 is actual spend whilst the data for 2009-11 is the budget as reported to the government. </li></ul><ul><li>All data can be accessed here . </li></ul>
