1. 1. Dr. Sheta April 2008 28 Yrs old female presented with tetracycline stains and requested some way to cover the stains. Patient was not concerned about the diastema and wanted to preserve it. Patient was dark skinned and we wanted to give a natural look so decided shade would be A2.
 2. 2.

23 yrs old male, requesting to change gold bridge and restore naturally looking teeth. Finances is a problem and he needs the least possible cost.

After removing bridge After removing decay and performing RCT+Post #7. Build-ups using resin filler (Before final contouring and finishing)
 3. 3.

Badly decayed anterior teeth # 6,7,8 and missing #9. Patient requested a quick cheap fix. Performed composite fillings and upper flipper restoring # 9 and missing post teeth.

 4. 4. CEREC Tooth #12, had black discoloration on the cervical body of the tooth that was NOT decay. After cleaning out as much as I could from the cervical discoloration without jeopardizing the tooth and restoring with resin filler over a GI base. After placing a CEREC crown on #12, I couldn’t hide the discoloration completely, but patient was happy.
