  10. 10. CARE 10 CARE is a multidisciplinary laboratory conducting researches on water-related issues and challenges. Its scientific approach is structured around 3 axes: Water and Environment; Water and Risks; Water and Health. It has in particular developed a strong expertise in water pollution by plastic, coastal erosion and salinity intrusion in the Saigon River and Mekong Delta.
