MARKETING MANAGER<br />The Person<br />The Marketing Manager is responsible for the market research & product promotion<br />Roles & Responsibilities<br />Conducts market surveys or research<br />Tabulates results of market survey or analysis of research done<br />Organizes product promotion – using posters, banners, flyers, etc<br />Researches customers’ needs<br />Plan and create strategies on ground work activities related to sales event or any other activities<br />
  24. 24. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER<br />Plan and create strategies on enhancement of the business i.e. develop more branch or network<br />

SALES<br />Everyone in the Company<br />Ensures that the company’s sales targets are achieved.<br />Roles & Responsibilities<br />Creates a sales plan (Monthly sales target).<br />Keeps proper record of all sales transactions.<br />Collects money for all products sold. Money must be recorded and accounted for before handing over to the Finance Manager.<br />Give customers’ feedback to Mentors.<br />
