  4. 4. Objective<br />To figure out someone’s motive, we look at a few different things. Here are the clues (inferences) we can use to figure out motive:<br />
  5. 5. Objective – Character Motive<br />Character’s Actions– what is this person doing? How are they acting?<br />Try it! What are 2 things that Chang did to get his mother’s wok back? Write it in your chart.<br />
  6. 6. Objective – Character Motive<br />Character’s Traits – what is this person like? How would you describe them?<br />Try it! Use 3 adjectives to describe Chang from last week’s story.Write it in your chart.<br />
