  13. 13. Guest Book- Like  a social site comment section, clients can leave their thoughts on your pages. Embrace comments that state a problem with your business that was solved. If you have clients post how you solved situation they were unhappy with. It shows that you can admit when you are wrong and make sure it turns into a positive experience that makes the clients coming back time after time!
