4) after receiving all the identification documents submitted by the applicant, the national visa
center will fix the date of an appointment at the us embassy in the applicant's home country.
in order to obtain a 10-year permanent residence card, the applicant must complete a medical
examination by a certified doctor in his or her home country and bring all the identification
documents to the u.s. embassy.
6) after getting the permanent residence card of 10 years, the applicant can apply for
citizenship after 4 years and 9 months from the date of issue of their permanent residence card.
