He is respected for views on developments in the internet industry, especially in regards to Web 3.0. He has been involved in projects for Shanghai Software Park, the government of Zhuhai, Shenzhen and Chengdu. He majored in Information Engineering at the University of Electronics Science and Technology of China . </li></ul><ul><li>Ms Sandy Ng, Executive Director (29 years) </li></ul><ul><li>Ms Ng graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. She has 6 years working experience comprising 3 years in IT project management in Singapore and 3 years in project development & management in China. </li></ul><ul><li>Dr Henry Li - Project Consultant, 35 years </li></ul><ul><li>Dr Li graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with a PhD in Finance. He is a CPA, a Certified Public Valuer and an economist. He was previously with China Construction Bank, Shenzhen Development Bank and various financial institutions. He has good experience in project, investment management and capital management. </li></ul><ul><li>Mr Patrick Wang - Project Consultant, 35 years </li></ul><ul><li>Mr Wang graduated with a MBA degree from Sichuan university. He has 8 years experience in software development, 3 years in consulting and 5 years in enterprise management.
