Graduates with competence and worthy portfolios can expect to earn around $40k-$45k, with potential to earn closer to $75k with experience. If you become a Creative Director of a firm, you are more likely to earn $85k-$100k. </li></ul><ul><li>At an average, the salary per year varies between US$ 40000 to 45000. All of this depends on the graphic designer's skill, ability to produce top work each time in a short time frame, and whether or not the graphic designer can get his or her work to sell. You will need to start early at learning what it takes to be a skill designer like find the one thing or designs you like the most and start there with how thing are put together. You will need some training like internship at a design company, and lastly you have to be able to work late hours and do last minute projects. You must have a passion for art
  6. 6. Creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial. Graphic designers must be creative and able to communicate their ideas visually, verbally, and in writing. They also must have an eye for details. Designers show employers these traits by putting together a portfolio-a collection of examples of a person's best work.
