3. Homeboyz RFC: The Humble Origins
The rugby team, Homeboyz RFC was founded in early 2009.
This was a result of the perceived need in the market to
accommodate the younger players who felt that they were
not being given enough opportunities to play competitive
rugby.
Homeboyz Entertainment responded to this by creating a
sporting platform for youth empowerment and development.
Homeboyz RFC is also the only rugby team in East and Central
Africa funded by a local entertainment company.

accessible Ligi Ndogo Grounds, adjacent to
RFUEA Grounds, Nairobi.
