Small Project need fast turn around rate due to manage client acceptation.<br />Discovery to Development need really required speed. <br />Discovery , Definition and work allocation process need monitor efficiently , Our team under utilization and task definition and task result monitor need improved.<br />Discovery , Definition objective need done 1 or 2 hours max . It was not formulated result to deliverable since 10 days . - Project hang up and not required also change request come up.<br />Project was 2 -3 days max budget ( it was not finish yet and keep growing customer dissatisfaction level) , if properly understand and definition clear discuss from all team member and myself. It will add less risk of failure. Hope this will lesson learn for us. <br />Lesson Learn:<br /> Dynamic Methods will be allocated Team of Discovery Project and Prepare requirement of work (SOW).   9. 9. Case study of Execution Slow project<br />E.g. Drtura Project/ JAJA (LOST).<br />Case: Original requirement explain to Stated in Cacoo with fully planned goal to be done in 4 weeks. Too many reason , project continue drag by client/internal resource allocation and team objective not found right direction 2months. but we not able manage 3 months and company lost extreme fund on this project. Even though , it was be finish now.<br />Project was 4 week max budget ( it was not finish yet and keep growing delivery schedule and internal matter between project manager and QA Leader) , if properly understand and definition clear discuss from all team member and myself.
