  1. 1. Web 2.0 tools by Debra McDowell <ul><li>I have investigated three Web 2.0 tools that will be very helpful for teachers in any grade level or subject. </li></ul><ul><li>Toondoo, Hugg, and PDF Filler’s are just a few great websites that I investigated. </li></ul>
  2. 2. <ul><li>http://www.toondoo.com/Home.do </li></ul><ul><li>This website is fun for kids. </li></ul><ul><li>ToonDoo is a cool, comic-creating tool. </li></ul><ul><li>It is a unique place for free and customizable online games of educational value for children of all abilities. </li></ul><ul><li>You just drag-drop or click to create comic strips that express your views, opinions, angst or to just have fun. </li></ul><ul><li>This is a great tool for any subject especially, English Language Arts, (writing stories), or even writing a book review.   3. 3. <ul><li>Hugg is a great website for Science Teachers. </li></ul><ul><li>It provides article, videos, and information about the environment so students can investigate or even do some research. </li></ul><ul><li>Hugg is a place to post and harvest the latest on green architecture, transportation, fashion, alternative energy, politics, products and technology. </li></ul><ul><li>It is also a great website for ELA, students can post and collaborate on a specific project pertaining to the environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Everyone needs a Hugg sometime... </li></ul><ul><li>http://www. hugg .com/ </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>http://www.pdffiller.com/ </li></ul><ul><li>Great way for students to complete PDF documents. </li></ul><ul><li>This website is great for any subject. </li></ul><ul><li>Teachers can create a document and save it as a PDF file and then the students can fill in the necessary information that is required by the teacher. </li></ul><ul><li>It is especially great for on-line collaborations. </li></ul><ul><li>PDFfiller converts any pdf file into a graphical image and allows the user to add text anywhere. This web site is designed to allow you to fill out any pdf form on-line. </li></ul><ul><li>The process is really simple. Just upload the file or specify the location of the form. When the file is loaded, simply click on any place on the form and start typing. You can enter text anywhere. </li></ul>
