most wanted results and that is the 3 day diet plan. By
following this 3 day diet plan, people who want to lose
those extra pounds are well assured to be able to slide
into their favorite jeans in no time. It is a low calorie plan
that aims to limit the salt intake along with helping people
to drop water weight.

exactly, day by day, and it should be respected as follows:
4. Make sure that you drink your coffee without any milk
and use an artificial sweetener instead such as Sweet and
Low or Equal. Eat once piece of whole-what toast along
with 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter and a half of grapefruit. You
should also avoid any snacks between the meals. Your
lunch should consist of a ½ cup of tuna on slice of toast
made out of whole-grain. Afterwards drink 1 cup of plain
tea or coffee. For dinner you should broil around 3 ounces
of lean meat such as chicken, turkey or fish; add around 1
cup of green beans and carrots to that mix. As a
desert, eat 1 cup of vanilla ice cream along with 1 cup of
coffee.
6. Wake up with a nutritious breakfast consisting of a slice of
whole-drain toast, 1 egg and a cup of coffee. Season the
frying pan with some cooking spray in order to avoid
sticking and to ensure that is fat free. Lunch in day 2
should consist of a tuna spread or a cup of cottage cheese
spread on 5 whole-wheat crackers, followed by a cup of
coffee. Dinner should include a higher amount of
protein, so eat 2 hot dogs, all-beef and low-sodium along
with 1 cup of cabbage or broccoli and ½ cup of carrots. As
a desert serve half a cup of vanilla ice cream along with 1
sliced banana on top.
8. Start your breakfast with a slice of cheese and 5 crackers.
Add some fiber to it and nutrients by eating 1 medium
sized apple, and finish with a cup of coffee. Today's lunch
will consist of 1 slice of whole-grain toast, 1 boiled egg and
1 cup of coffee. As for dinner, make sure to eat 1 cup of
cauliflower, 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of melon
along for desert ½ cup of vanilla ice cream with some
coffee.
