HISTORY
 The history of the E-bike started in the
1890's with patents in the United
States.
 China has been the leader in E-Bike
use since the 1970's when the
government planning began to
promoting the EV bikes.
 With Improvements in battery and
motor technology (with brush-less
motors, hub motors) .
 The industry grew from under 10
electric bike companies in 1998 to 481
manufac- turers (according to the
official estimate) by 2005.
 Also in most places E-Bikes are
classed as power assisted bicycles
thus requiring no license and no
insurance.
 An increase in personal income since
the 1990s helped expand the market
for e-bikes.
INTRODUCTION
It is an electric all wheel drive
commuting vehicle. Modular
components make technology upgrades
,customized and easy.
It is a two-wheeled electric
transportation device. It is used similarly
to a moped or bicycle and is just as
easy to ride.
WHY AWD BIKE(MOPED)?
 Designed for the ultimate compact
transportation device for people
everywhere.
 Since it is electric, it contains no on-
board fluids and can therefore be
stored in your apartment or home just
as easily as it can be stored outside.
 There is no grease or oil, no chains or
gears, and nothing to drip or leak onto
your carpet.

 It’s the best solution for highly
populated areas.
 And while it is small enough to store
indoors, it is large enough to ride on
the road
Why E-Bikes?
 Global warming is a major concern all
around and to save Mother Earth,
there are several policies, promises
and pledges.
 With increased number of fossil-fuel
dependent vehicles, they not only add
to greater level of pollution but are
also leading to depletion of fuel
resource.
DESIGN
 It is aluminum and plastic
package. The aluminum is recycled
and plastics are at a minimum.
 It comfortably and easily
accommodates a upto 6 ft person
upto120 kg.
 Size of the vehicle around 1.5-2
meter
 Power supply by 12volts battery

 Dual battery(reserve)
 Optional wheel drive
 Self charging
