Should initiate follow up: A post appraisal talk should be arranged f or employees to get
f eedback f rom their managers. It also helps the organization to learn about the problems
and dif f iculties the employees might be f acing and discover suitable training.
Perf ormance appraisal is one thing that not done properly can harm the organization and the
employees by creating conf licts. Organization that has conf licting teams at work can never
