  2. 2. AN OVERVIEW  Sign up for (another) free web hosting service  http://tripod.lycos.com  Create and edit a new “grades” page on your google site  Export and “zip” grades from EasyGrade Pro  Upload grades to tripod  Test your work  Uploading updated grades

EXPORT WEBSITE GRADES FROM EASYGRADE PRO OVERVIEW  Make sure all students have a password  Enter passwords from the “Student” tab  Student passwords guidelines  alpha-numeric only (no spaces)  between 6 and 24 characters  Access the “Internet menu” on EasyGrade Pro  Create grade reports on the computer desktop  Create a zip file with the grade reports

UPLOADING UPDATED GRADES  On your computer, delete all files in your website grades folder  Make sure you delete the zip file, too  Export new html grade reports from EGP  Create a new .zip file in your computer’s grade folder  log back into tripod.lycos.com  Navigate to Control Panel -> File Manager  Delete all old grade files  Upload the new .zip file
