Phil Richards Learning Technologies Manager Everyone Needs the Skills – extract from Operational Plan 2011-12 • Objective LT1 – to ensure that all staff working in the College have the necessary skills to use and populate the VLE with high quality learning resources in a range of media and formats • Objective LT2 – to develop the skills of staff in order to make maximum use of available communication tools and functionality and develop the VLE to best suit their needs
