Superlative leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Ease with senior management and can effectively interface at many levels with top executives. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong strategic marketing orientation and tactical business sense. A track record of building businesses and brands within highly competitive and fast paced consumer markets, preferably in new categories and/or markets. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience across all marketing disciplines: advertising (TV, Radio, Rich Media), public relations, internet marketing (SEO, SEM, Rich Media, Social Media), promotions, market research, loyalty and relationship marketing </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships, previous experience in a matrix organization is required </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>• Proven ability to manage complex projects </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>• Direct work experience with ecommerce/ internet enabled products or services </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>• Outstanding written and oral presentation skills </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>• Exceptional organizational dexterity- ability to interact with junior and senior members of the organization </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>• Must be familiar with the eBay user experience and strong preference given to candidates who are frequent eBay users </li></ul></ul>
