Purpose, Vision, and Mission •Purpose: To create a systemic (K-12) process for curriculum development that is created, reviewed, and approved by teachers in leadership roles and focused on district wide improvement for curriculum, instruction, and assessment •Vision: Access and utilization of a guaranteed and viable curriculum •Mission: Providing teachers access to an organized, manageable, and updated curriculum, which guides the learning path for each course and content

Norms from Curriculum Council •Start on time/end on time; let someone know if you’ll be late •Focus so we can get done •Follow through •Use our work flow process •Be honest, supportive, and respectful – but challenge each other as we grow professionally. Our work means EVERYTHING to teachers and children in Liberty.
