  2. 2. The Young and Innocent Hitler <ul><li>Adolf Hitler was born in a small Austrian village of Braunau Am Inn on April 20 1889 </li></ul>
  3. 3. Early Life <ul><li>Adolf dropped out of high school for his passion of art </li></ul><ul><li>He failed to get into the academy of arts twice </li></ul><ul><li>On the left is some of his best works </li></ul>
  4. 4. Continued <ul><li>When World War I, started he joined the Bavarian army </li></ul><ul><li>Hitler, now a corporal, was decommissioned when he was hit by mustard gas and also received the Iron Cross for bravery </li></ul>

Introduction to the Nazi’s <ul><li>Corporal Adolf Hitler was assigned to investigate a group of people known as the German Workers Party, who could possibly ruin the current status of the government </li></ul><ul><li>Hitler liked their views so much, he joined, and eventually became the leader of the party in July of 1921 </li></ul><ul><li>They were later known as the Nazi party </li></ul>

Hitler’s Rise to Power <ul><li>When Germany entered the depression in October of 1929 they looked for a new form of government to help them escape this tragic period of time </li></ul><ul><li>It took Germany a whole year to realize, that the Nazi party was their only hope of escaping the depression and elected the Nazi’s head of the Reichstag </li></ul>
  7. 7. On the Bridge of War <ul><li>Hitler becomes the official Der Fuhrer or supreme leader in 1934 </li></ul><ul><li>He also creates the Nuremburg Decrees, it is the first step towards the final solution </li></ul>

The Beginning of the End <ul><li>Once Hitler made Germany a totalitarian state or known as a dictatorship, he took the Rhineland and Austria, which was his homeland </li></ul><ul><li>The beginning of the end for the Jews of Europe was Kristallnacht or the known as The Night of Broken Glass as seen on the left </li></ul>

World War II <ul><li>Hitler began war with France, Russia, England, and eventually the U.S.A. </li></ul><ul><li>He eventually took a homemade poison when the allies were closing on his bunker </li></ul><ul><li>The Nazi party was mostly known for the 6 million Jews that they executed. </li></ul><ul><li>Some of the well known camps are: Auschwitz, Chelmo, Treblinka, and finally Sobibor </li></ul>
  10. 10. The End of the Terror <ul><li>Adolf Hitler died by suicide on April 30, 1945 </li></ul><ul><li>He died when he was 57, and finally </li></ul><ul><li>THANK GOD </li></ul>
